Start by mixing all of your dry ingredients together in a bowl

Add some of the mixed dry ingredients to the berries to keep them from falling to the bottom of your muffins

Add dry into wet and mix a bit, then fold in your mixed berries

Scoop your batter into your muffin tin. Fill all the way to the top!

Sprinkle the tops with sparkling sugar, or even granulated sugar, for delightful a crunchy muffin top

Bake in an oven preheated to 425°F for 5 minutes, then, without opening the oven, turn down to 350°F
