Easy Avocado Banana Smoothie

This Avocado Banana Smoothie uses only 6 ingredients, is naturally sweet, and blends up into a thick and creamy, satisfying smoothie that is a delicious way to have quick breakfast or a not-too-sweet late night snack!

If you are a smoothie beginner, or think you don't like smoothies, this is the one for you!

INGREDIENTS

– milk – yogurt – honey – ice cubes – bananas – avocado

Pour milk into the blender jug.

Add ice cubes. 4 to 5 should be enough. Add more if you have small ice cubes.

Plop in your plain yogurt. I prefer the tanginess and thickness of Greek yogurt. But use what you prefer.

03.

Add in your very ripe bananas. They don't have to be black bananas,  but should have a lot of brown spots because if they aren't ripe they will taste chalky in the smoothie.

Chunk in your avocados.
