Make Perfect Poached Eggs Without Boiling Water

No whisking a  whirlpool

Why You'll Love  These Eggs

No boiling water

Ready in less than  5 minutes

No more egg  anxiety

INGREDIENTS

Eggs Water White Vinegar

In a deep skillet, heat water and 1 tablespoon of white vinegar

Heat until almost boiling and bubbles appear all over the pan - about 200°F.

Crack the egg over a fine mesh strainer to remove the more watery portion

Turn off the heat and gently tip the eggs into the hot water, one at a time

Place the lid on the pan and set a timer for 3 minutes and 30 seconds

Extra large eggs may need more time. Medium eggs may need less

Use a slotted spoon to remove your poached eggs from the water

If making eggs ahead, or for a crowd, place finished eggs in a bowl of ice water. Store up to 2 days in the refrigerator.

TIP:

Reheat by dipping cold eggs back into hot water for 30 to 60 seconds

PERFECT POACH Every time!
