INGREDIENTS

- strawberries - granulated sugar - plain water - basil leaves - strawberry syrup - lime juice - ginger beer

Place a wire mesh strainer over a medium measuring cup that holds at least 2 cups. Pour strawberry syrup through wire mesh strainer and, using the back of a spatula, gently press all of the juice out of the strawberries, leaving the seeds and basil behind.

03.

Cover and refrigerate for up to two weeks.

04.

To a tall glass, or traditional moscow mule mug, filled halfway with ice, add strawberry syrup, lime juice, and ginger beer.
