sweetened condensed milk

Whisk together eggs with sweetened condensed milk and water. That's it.

Then fold in self rising flour until just combined.

If the batter is thicker than you like, just add some more water, or even some regular milk, until it is the consistency you prefer

Scoop or pour your batter onto a nonstick pan and cook for 3 to 4 minutes

When the edges appear dry and bubbles on the surface start to pop, flip over

Cook another 2 to 3 minutes and then serve with butter, syrup, and lots of fruit

Go truly decadent and add melted butter and vanilla to the batter and cook with melted butter in the pan
