By skipping the blender, you get the actual texture and flavor of oatmeal in every bite of pancake!

It all starts with a nice ripe banana. I like to mash it with a fork to keep some of the banana bits intact.

Combine your mashed banana with the rest of the wet ingredients.

Banana + Nutmeg = BFF

Add the oats to your wet ingredients and set aside for 5 minutes to soften them

Mix in your dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Some lumps are to be expected.  There's stuff in there.

(p.s. letting the batter rest for 10 minutes gives you fluffier pancakes)

Using a scoop ensures all your pancakes are the same size - if you care about that kind of thing 💁🏻‍♀️
