Start your   Homemade Granola  by heating oil, honey, brown sugar, vanilla, and a pinch of salt

Next mix all the granola ingredients except the coconut and cranberries

Pour the syrup over everything and mix thoroughly

Spread on your sheet pan and bake at 300°F for 20 minutes

Stir in unsweetened coconut flakes and bake another 20 minutes
