Start by freezing your raspberries for at least 30 minutes. This helps them to stay whole while mixing

Next you'll mash your banana. This is a small batch and only needs one banana!

Add egg, yogurt, and vanilla and mix

Leave some banana bits intact, like sweet  little surprises for later

Sprinkle all your dry ingredients right on top of the wet, and then use a spatula to mix them together

One bowl wonder!!

Fold in most of your frozen raspberries, saving some for the top

Scoop the batter into the muffin pan and garnish the tops with the remaining raspberries

You'll start your bake at 425°F and then finish at 350°F
