Start your Braised Korean Short Ribs by searing the meat in a heavy pan. Don't skip this step! It adds so  much flavor!

Pour over the flavorful braising liquid

Braise your short ribs in the oven for 2 to 3 hours or cook in your slow cooker for 8 to 9 hours

Remove most of the fat and place back on the stove. Add beef stock with a bit of cornstarch and simmer to thicken the sauce.

I like to serve my short ribs with rice and some crunchy cucumber kimchi
