Start by slicing your bell peppers and onions into 1/4 inch thick strips

Toss them with smashed garlic cloves, herbs, salt, pepper, and olive oil

Place everything in a single layer on a hot sheet pan. Nestle the sausages in between

Roast at 425°F for 20 minutes

Flip everything over and roast for at least another 20 minutes

Slice open some of the  sausages and give everything a few minutes under the broiler

Serve your Sheet Pan Sausage and Peppers alone, in a sandwich, or tossed into pasta!
