flour granulated sugar brown sugar baking powder baking soda salt blueberries eggs yogurt butter vanilla

Start by making the streusel topping with flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter

Then in a large bowl, whisk eggs, vanilla. and yogurt

Continue to whisk while drizzling in melted and cooled butter

Sprinkle all of the dry ingredients on top of the wet ingredients and combine

Fold in your blueberries

Scoop into jumbo paper liners, or directly into a well greased muffin pan for regular sized muffins

Top each muffin with a generous amount of streusel

Bake until golden brown and the aroma is irresistible
