pie crust (store-bought or  included in the recipe) eggs cream salt garlic powder broccoli cheddar

You can start by making my simple food processor dough - or unroll the one you bought at the store. No wrong choices here!

Roll out your dough and cut into 3 1/2 to 4 inch circles. Fun fact: the top of a red solo cup is 3 1/2 inches. Use one to cut them out

Season your broccoli and mix with your cheese

Fit your little circles into your muffin pan

And fill them up with flavor

Mix up your eggs and cream and fill each pie with a bit of it

Bake until golden and puffy. Let cool for just a bit if you can stand it

Enjoy warm or cold. Equally good for  on-the-go breakfasts  or dinner party appetizers
