Next you'll add in a generous amount of everything bagel seasoning

Pour over your buttermilk and mix into a shaggy dough that you'll dump onto the counter

Shape that shaggy mess into a rough square

Cut into 4 pieces, stack, press down, and do it again 2 more times. This is how your flaky layers are made

Roll out to about  1/2 inch thick

brush with an egg wash and sprinkle with more seasoning
