Why You'll Love  These  Triple Chocolate Muffins

Lots of chocolate!

Ready in less than  45 minutes

Moist and tender

Ingredients

flour cocoa powder sugar baking powder baking soda salt eggs buttermilk butter oil vanilla coffee chocolate chips chopped chocolate

Start making your Triple Chocolate Muffins by whisking together your dry ingredients, including cocoa powder (chocolate number one)

MIx together your wet ingredients. Buttermilk helps balance sweetness, adds fluffiness, and tenderizes your muffins, but you can use milk if you don't have it

Mix wet and dry ingredients together

Adding a little hot coffee or espresso boosts the flavor of the chocolate and balances the sweetness

If you don't like or can't tolerate coffee or caffeine, you can substitute with decaf or even hot water

it's just 3 tablespoons

Finally, fold in your other two chocolates. The recipe calls for mini semi sweet chips and chopped dark chocolate, but you can use whatever chocolates you prefer

Scoop into tall muffin liners and bake at 425°F for 5 minutes, then turn down to 350°F for 15 to 18 minutes. This will give you big tall muffins!
