Greek  yogurt

Start by mixing Greek yogurt into self rising flour until you have a shaggy dough

Add more yogurt, up to 1/4 cup, as needed to bring it together like this

Use your hands, and a bench scraper or flat edge, to bring the dough together

Knead the dough and then shape into a ball.

Let it rest for 15 minutes

Divide into 6 pieces and roll each into  a ball

Roll each ball into a rope and join the ends to form a bagel

Add optional toppings

Bake until golden brown

Enjoy with a schmear of cream cheese

or part of a delicious breakfast!
