The Best Crispy Corned Beef

This isn't your typical boiled corned beef! Made in a slow cooker, or your oven, this Crispy Corned beef couldn't be easier or more delicious!

INGREDIENTS

corned beef with spice packet dijon mustard garlic cloves brown sugar fennel seeds apple juice apple cider vinegar

Start by brushing the top of your corned beef brisket with dijon mustard

Mix all the seasonings together and spread on top of the mustard

Pour apple juice and apple cider vinegar into the slow cooker

Place your seasoned brisket into the slow cooker and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours, or until tender enough to be easily pierced by a knife

Place corned beef under the broiler for 5 to 6 minutes to caramelize and crisp the top. Keep an eye on it, as it browns quickly.

Sliced for sandwiches or served alongside cabbage and potatoes,  even diced up for hash, there's no wrong way to use this Crispy Corned Beef!
