Ingredients

all-purpose flour sugar yeast salt whole milk unsalted butter vanilla eggs baking soda

Mix warm milk, cooled melted butter, and vanilla with dry ingredients.

Cover with plastic wrap or lid and leave overnight on the counter, or up to 2 days in the refrigerator.

In the morning, add 2 eggs whisked with 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda to your risen batter. Mix well.

Portion batter into your waffle maker and cook as directed.
