Blueberries are one of my favorite ingredients to use because they can go sweet, simple, buttery, creamy, or full bakery case without trying too hard. On a recent TV appearance on New York Living we will celebrate National Pick Blueberries Day with a whole table full of Blueberry Breakfast and Brunch Recipes.

I love any excuse to celebrate blueberries, but getting to do it on PIX11's New York Living makes it even more fun. You can watch the full segment below, but first, check out the recipes I prepared. Whether you are picking them fresh, grabbing a pint at the grocery store, or trying to use up the ones you forgot were in the fridge, I hope these recipes give you a few new ways to bring Blueberries to your Breakfast and Brunch.

Demo Recipes

Yogurt Smoothie with Blueberries
These blueberry yogurt smoothies are creamy, refreshing, and just sweet enough without feeling like dessert before 9 a.m. They are quick to blend, easy to customize, and exactly the kind of thing I like when breakfast needs to happen fast.

Blueberry Biscuits
My blueberry biscuits are tender, buttery, and packed with juicy blueberries. They have all the flaky layers of a good biscuit with a little sweet blueberry moment tucked inside.

Blueberry Muffin Tops
Blueberry muffin tops give you the best part of the muffin without making you pretend you were excited about the bottom. They are soft in the middle, golden at the edges, and finished with a buttery crumb topping.

Mini Blueberry Streusel Muffins
These blueberry streusel muffins are tender, and topped with a sweet crumbly streusel. They are perfect for brunch boards, snack tables, or anyone who says they only want "a little something."

Blueberry Swirl Donuts
My blueberry swirl donuts are soft, fluffy, and finished with ribbons of blueberry flavor. They look impressive on a brunch table, but they are still very much a fun breakfast treat.

Blueberry Sweet Rolls
These blueberry sweet rolls are soft, fluffy, and filled with blueberry goodness in every swirl. They are the kind of breakfast bake that makes people suddenly very available to come over.

Blueberry Jam
Homemade blueberry jam is simple, bright, and one of the easiest ways to make almost any breakfast better. Spoon it over biscuits, swirl it into yogurt, or spread it on toast. There's no wrong answers here.

Even More Blueberry to Love

Blueberry Cheesecake Croissants
Blueberry cheesecake croissants are flaky, creamy, and filled with sweet-tart blueberry flavor. They are easy enough for a weekend breakfast but pretty enough for a brunch table.

Blueberry Baked French Toast
This blueberry baked French toast is soft in the middle, golden on top, and perfect when you want breakfast ready for a group without standing at the stove flipping anything. Assemble it ahead, bake it in the morning, and let the oven do the work.

Easy Blueberry Galette
This quick blueberry galette uses a store-bought crust and fresh blueberries for a rustic, golden dessert ready in 40 minutes. No pie dish needed!

Whether you are blending smoothies, baking biscuits, making muffins, or going all in on sweet rolls, there is no wrong way to put more blueberries on the breakfast table.
